We called On the Spot at 7:15 am on a Monday, and they were at our house by 7:50 am. The person who answered the phone was great. The technician Matt did a very professional job, and the rate was reasonable for the service. I would definitely recommend using this company.

CJuly 23, 2024I have been with On the Spot Pest Control since 2017. This company deserves a 5 star rating. I want to continue to express my complete satisfaction with this business. The technicians are excellent. Their customer service is professional.. I receive detailed descriptions of what is done on my quarterly applications in a very timely manner. My property is pest free , but of course any time that I did need an extra service, they have responded to my request extremely quickly. I definitely recommend this company as they are consistent with their dedicated work ethic including a user friendly customer service.
